The Opportunity

• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Super + Vehicle
• Project Manage commercial integrated systems incorporating the latest in audio visual technologies.
• P&L responsibility including management of AV installation technicians’ billable hours.

Projects include AV systems in corporate offices, universities, government and public buildings. As a project manager you will have full responsibility for delivering integration projects ranging in value from small works to $Million+. Enjoy a varied workload, including meeting project deadlines, stakeholder management and financial management. You will liaise with the design team as well as the site based installation team and ensure that all project team members have what they need to deliver an outstanding solution for the client.

Skills Required

A strong understanding of integrated AV systems is essential to succeed in this role, ideally with strong knowledge of the delivery of IP based AV systems and associated ICT infrastructure. Experience managing projects involving a wide range of AV technologies in commercial environments is essential; a background in hands-on AV installation work would also be beneficial. Must have a proven track record in managing project stakeholders (senior execs, government and university personnel, consultants, builders), managing project timelines and project budgets, specifically labour resources and costs for an in-house team. Project Management qualifications as well as AVIXA CTS certification will be highly regarded.
