Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality Audio Visual projects across a diverse range of industries.

About the Role

As an AV Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of Audio Visual projects from commencement through to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple AV projects simultaneously from award through to handover.
  • Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate procurement of equipment and materials.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage subcontractors and site-based installation teams.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and variations.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and project handover activities.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Previous experience managing commercial Audio Visual projects.
  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, systems, and installation methodologies.
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and variations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence.

Desirable

  • CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification.
  • Experience delivering integrated technology projects including communications, security, or ICT systems.
  • Electrical or technical trade background.
