Professional Solutions on Show
Pro AV Solutions opens Sydney showroom
Pro AV Solutions has opened its new Sydney showroom in Surry Hills, creating a working workplace technology environment where clients, consultants, designers, and technology partners can experience how workplace technology is designed, delivered, supported, and managed throughout its lifecycle. Developed as a partner space with Profile Systems, the showroom reflects the way modern workplaces are evolving. Rather than presenting technology as a collection of individual products, the space brings together collaboration settings, meeting environments, personal workstations, support models, and partner technologies in a fully operational workplace experience.
The new showroom responds to a shift Pro AV Solutions is seeing across the Australian market, with organisations moving beyond standalone meeting room projects and towards more considered workplace technology environments. Clients are increasingly focused on user experience, consistency across spaces, ease of support, platform integration and how technology performs after handover.
This shift also aligns with Pro AV Solutions’ lifecycle-focused approach, helping organisations move beyond individual technology projects to environments that are designed, delivered, and actively managed over time.
Anthony Jeffcoat, CEO of Pro AV Solutions, said the showroom reflects the company’s broader approach to helping organisations make more confident decisions about workplace technology.
“Clients are no longer looking at workplace technology as a collection of individual rooms or products. They want to understand how these environments will support their people, how they will perform after handover and how they can be managed consistently over time,” said Jeffcoat.
“Our Sydney showroom gives clients a practical way to experience those decisions before they commit to them. It allows us to have more meaningful conversations about user experience, standards, supportability and long-term value, rather than starting with equipment alone.”
“Many workplace technology decisions are difficult to make from drawings, specifications, or product demonstrations alone. The showroom enables organisations to experience complete workplace environments, compare different approaches and make more informed investment decisions before technology is deployed”.
The showroom includes a range of working environments designed to demonstrate different aspects of workplace AV and collaboration technology. These include executive meeting areas, huddle spaces, a control hub, an innovation lab, a town hall and broadcast space, and persona-based workstations.
Each area has been created to show how technology is experienced in practice, not just how it appears in a specification. The boardroom environment demonstrates executive communication, privacy, audio clarity, control and multi-participant collaboration. The huddle space shows how smaller meeting areas can deliver a consistent and simple user experience without unnecessary complexity. The town hall space has been designed to support collaborative discovery sessions, executive communication, streaming and broader organisational engagement.
As part of the showroom experience, Pro AV Solutions is also demonstrating One Connect, the company’s workplace technology platform that provides visibility, governance, and ongoing management across a customer’s technology estate. A dedicated control hub demonstrates Pro AV Solutions’ lifecycle approach to workplace technology. The space shows how systems can be monitored, managed and supported after installation, helping clients understand the importance of visibility, supportability and ongoing performance.
Jeffcoat said this long-term view is becoming more important as meeting rooms and collaboration spaces become part of the broader technology environment. “A successful project is not only about what happens on day one, but whether the technology continues to work well for the people using it every day,” he said. “That requires clear design decisions, disciplined delivery and the right support model after handover. The showroom helps clients see that full picture.”
The space also features persona-based workstations that demonstrate how different work styles and user needs can be supported. These settings reflect the growing role of personal workplace technology, from office-based professionals to hybrid workers and remote-enabled contributors.
Jeffcoat said the showroom supports a more outcome-led conversation with customers. “As organisations place greater emphasis on workplace experience, operational resilience and long-term technology performance, the Sydney showroom gives them a place to move beyond products and focus on outcomes,” he said.
“It helps customers make more confident technology decisions, while giving us the opportunity to build long-term partnerships around the way their environments are designed, used and supported.”
The showroom has been designed for client briefings, partner demonstrations, consultant walkthroughs and media visits. It gives organisations a space to explore workplace technology options, test different environments and consider the operational requirements that sit behind the final user experience. Bookings available here.
For Pro AV Solutions, the showroom is also part of a broader focus on lifecycle technology partnership. This includes supporting clients from early discovery and design through to delivery, management, monitoring and ongoing support.
