The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing Crestron as the preferred choice in the luxury apartment construction market. Working with builders, developers, consultants, electrical contractors and the AV channel, you will partner to ensure Crestron is specified in new and retrofit projects across ANZ.

We have established ourselves in this market with some very significant projects across Sydney and Melbourne primarily, working with some of the largest builders in the country. We now need to expand this business across the region and become the industry standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a broad and deep customer base of builders, developers, consultants and contractors across ANZ
  • Provide exemplary service to potential customers
  • Work with these partners to arrange demonstrations and POC’s as required
  • Attend marketing/trade events as required to promote Crestron to this market
  • Work with our internal team of consultant liaisons to maximise relationships and opportunities
  • Work in with our technical teams to ensure design and support confidence with our partners and customers

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar sales role in the luxury apartment market in Australia. You know this eco system and have contacts to work with and develop.
  • Broad understanding of lighting controls, applications, trends and competitors
  • An ability to work, plan & execute independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; written and verbal
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Frequent travel throughout the territory will be required
