In support of the successful growth of the BenQ Business Solutions line of business, we are looking for a B2B Business Development Manager to develop and manage sales for our Commercial Large Format Display and Wireless Presentation System products. This newly created role will play an important part in promoting and increasing BenQ brand awareness within the Corporate and SME arena. The B2B Business Development Manager is responsible for growing sales and developing new customer relationships by bringing in new business and strengthening existing customer relationships.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Present and sell predetermined company products and services to existing and potential accounts including existing distribution channels.
· Build relationships and effectively demonstrate BenQ B2B solutions to key decision-makers at end-user level and channel partner level, and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
· Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
· Qualify, track, and manage the sales process and close opportunities
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales quotations.
· Work closely with channel partners to collaboratively deliver planned financial results and market share goals
· Develop and implement special sales activities and promotions.
· Meet with key industry authorities (e.g. Government departments, Building Authorities) and consultants to raise awareness of the BenQ B2B solutions.
· Work in partnership with marketing team to deliver campaigns.
· Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up with Salesforce and update and manage the CRM for the territory daily.
· Present at Quarterly Review meetings to monitor/discuss Partner performance
· Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Tertiary education
- Experience working with Corporate and SME customers and channel partners in the AV/IT space
- Proven track record integrating solutions such as commercial displays/interactive flat panels into corporate/government/education environment
- Compelling demonstration skills to persuade end-users and resellers in converting leads into sales
- Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal, effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, presentation skills
- Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems; flexible and adaptable, able to set strategy for internal and external communications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Effective problem resolution and solution development skills; entrepreneurial spirit, self-developed, and out-of-the box thinker
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with BenQ and competitive Product Lines
- Have existing business relationships in the Corporate/SME market is a plus
- IT knowledge: networking, BYOD, video casting, Chromebook, Android is a plus
- Software technology or any other CTS certifications would be an advantage
COMPENSATION:
Based on experience; we offer a competitive base salary plus incentive package
