Interested in live event AV sales and account management dealing with some of Brisbane’s iconic venues? Scene Change is looking for a sales up-and-comer to manage our clients’ event needs. We’re not looking for a new-business hustler. There’s some hustle required, but it’s mostly dealing with inbound enquiries from interested clients. Demand is running hot as our clients return to their event programs.

We’re after someone who loves events, and has the listening skills to understand our clients, and help them create memorable experiences for their audiences. Some technical knowledge would be helpful but we can teach you that.

What we can’t teach is responsiveness, communication skills and the ability to get on with people — you’ll have that already. Experience in an event venue or event management team would also be an advantage.

The nice thing about doing sales for Scene Change is that our tech team can deliver on what you promise the client. That’s an issue in 2022, after the harsh punishment and high staff turnover the event industry has endured for the last two years.

But Scene Change has emerged in great shape as we’ve used the time out to get match-fit for both live and hybrid events. Throughout COVID we’ve invested in a lot of new tech, and our crew is energised and digital. We’re a tight team and we all have each other’s backs.
