New wireless room systems with digital signage capabilities
Barco announces that its ClickShare solution for wireless presentation and conferencing has been extended with digital signage capabilities. Meeting room displays that are connected to ClickShare can now be leveraged as corporate branding tools to impress, inspire and inform by distributing digital signage messages. The first digital signage integrations are made possible by ClickShare alliance partners Signagelive, Seenspire, and Korbyt.
Office managers are increasingly looking for cost-effective ways to disseminate information across locations in the organisation towards employees, visitors and customers. At the same time, IT managers want to maximise the return on investment of their meeting room technology, displays, and conferencing systems. Barco has joined forces with alliance partners Signagelive, Seenspire, and Korbyt to present an answer to these needs.
Digital signage messages can now easily be distributed across a range of ClickShare devices located in the facility. This enables organisations to keep meeting room visitors informed and engaged by delivering focused messages. Without needing additional hardware investments, the functionality of existing meeting room displays can be extended from presenting and conferencing towards digital signage. You can now simply publish and push content from your preferred digital signage platform to all meeting rooms equipped with ClickShare Conference or ClickShare Present and other locations in the workplace. Activation is simple and painless: you just need to enable signage on ClickShare from the XMS cloud management platform.

Signagelive is a global leader in the development and delivery of digital signage applications and interactive media solutions. Content managers can now securely broadcast their digital signage content to ClickShare devices through the Signagelive software and without using any additional hardware.

Content managers can use Seenspire to keep meeting room users informed by streaming continuously updated information across ClickShare Conference and ClickShare Present-equipped meeting rooms.
