Cleerline 2-Packs Available

The Cleerline Technology Group, market leaders in fibre optic connectivity solutions for commercial and residential technology applications, has introduced two new fibre installation accessories based on feedback from residential and commercial integrators. Cleerline’s popular LC multimode and single-mode UPC connectors are now available in convenient 2-packs, and updated versions of the LGX-compatible rack enclosures now feature significantly improved cable management.

“We embrace any opportunity to apply input from the field to better serve our channel,” explained Rick Sant, Managing Partner at Cleerline Technology Group. “Our bulk 10 and 25 LC connector master packs are great, but installers frequently terminate duplex (2-strand) fibre with two connectors at each end—and these new smaller packs are much easier for them to handle, increasing efficiency in the field. Additionally, our new rack enclosures add features that simplify the installation process while also making it easier for technicians to service the fibre infrastructure for upgrades or maintenance.”

Cleerline LC Connectors

Now available in new easy-to-handle 2-packs with a duplex clip included, Cleerline LC connectors ensure precise fibre alignment, producing easy, durable, low loss terminations for multimode and single-mode fibre in less than one minute. Cleerline LC connectors are compatible with 250 µm, 900 µm, 2 mm and 3 mm fibre cables. Each connector features a large confirmation window for easy verification and a V-groove channel for easy fibre insertion. Cleerline LC connectors are compatible with all SSF fibres as well as all traditional 50/125 multimode or 9/125 single-mode fibres.

Cleerline Rack Enclosures

Cleerline LGX-compatible rack enclosures have been improved based on installer feedback to enhance installation and service. New enclosures move more freely from the cable harness thanks to a redesigned opening lined with brushes to thwart dust. A new backplate provides additional tie-downs for incoming cables, and a secondary plunger now creates a stopping point for the enclosure tray sliding in either direction. Cleerline rack enclosures are ideally suited for telecom closets, data centres, remote distribution terminals, residential installations, and more. Available in 1RU, 2RU, and 4RU sizes, these enclosures provide flexible mounting options and support multiple LGX-118 adapter plates, allowing for future expansion.
