Your setlist of responsibilities will include

  • Unearthing new gigs: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the touring, live events, and performance audio sectors, expanding our reach and impact.
  • Building a fan base: Forge strong, lasting relationships with production companies, rental houses, venues, sound engineers, and artists, becoming their trusted partner for top-tier audio solutions.
  • Specifying the perfect sound: Work closely with clients to understand their complex needs, then meticulously specify and propose cutting-edge audio systems from brands like JBL Professional, Soundcraft, and Crown.
  • Closing the show: Drive sales and achieve ambitious targets, bringing our world-class audio technology to stages and venues across the country.
  • Being the ultimate roadie: Represent MadisonAV and our brands at industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations, showcasing our solutions and building excitement.

  • Live sound luminary: Proven experience in sales or business development within the live sound, touring, or pro audio installation market.
  • Network virtuoso: An established network within the Australian touring and performance audio industry – you know who to call to make things happen.
  • Technical titan: Deep technical understanding of large-format PA systems, digital mixing consoles, signal processing, and professional microphones – you speak the language of audio engineers.
