We’re looking for someone to join our Sydney/Melbourne showroom sales team. Whether you’re taking your first step into the industry or you’ve already built a career in sales, we’re more interested in finding the right person than the perfect résumé.
At Factory Sound, no two days are the same. You’ll work with everyone from musicians and content creators to venues, schools and AV professionals, helping them find the right solution while learning from one of Australia’s most experienced pro audio teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building great relationships with customers in-store, over the phone and via email
- Helping customers choose the right products and delivering an outstanding buying experience
- Keeping our showroom looking its best and staying across the latest products
- Working alongside our sales, technical and warehouse teams to make things happen
- Continuing to learn about professional audio, lighting and AV technology
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves helping people and providing great customer service
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Takes pride in their work and follows things through
- Is eager to learn and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Has an interest in audio, music or technology (experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
