As we scale into our next growth phase, we’re looking for a Sales Representative, someone ready for the next stage of their career journey and ready to work hard, build real pipelines, close deals and become the future culture carrier of our sales team.

The Role

This is a hands on, high-responsibility sales role. You’ll be the first line of offence identifying new opportunities, running fast sales cycles and working across WA and beyond to bring in new business and grow existing accounts.

You’ll work directly with the sales team to build and execute Amped’s sales strategy – with a clear goal: build and close pipeline and position Amped as the go-to digital signage provider in AU/NZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Builder: Drive consistent inbound and outbound activity –  email, calls, social, referrals, field – with a focus on WA and growth states.
  • Deal Closer: Run the full sales process from first contact to signed deal with precision, energy and velocity.
  • Vision Seller: Sell what the space can become, innovation and transformation of digital signage –  not just the tech specs.
  • Quote Master: Build fast, clear and accurate quotes using our internal systems; liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and project details.
  • Systems Thinker: Build the internal sales system alongside the leadership team – templates, tracking, reporting, process improvement.
  • Relationship Builder: Stay close to key clients, handle follow-ups with care and proactively find ways to deliver more value.
  • Market Explorer: Constantly surface new verticals, markets and project types that fit Amped’s model and margin goals.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2–4 years experience in a sales, BD or client acquisition role
  • Comfortable with technical products and fast learners of new software/hardware systems
  • Strong attention to detail when quoting and communicating complex systems
  • Energised by targets, numbers and progress – not afraid to own the scoreboard
  • Highly coachable, execution-first and ego light
  • Great written and verbal communicator and can make the complex feel simple
  • Self-starter and not afraid to make the first move, take the risk and figure it out

Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling in AV, tech, digital media or SaaS
  • Understanding of digital signage systems (e.g. Signagelive, Novastar, LED, BrightSign)
  • Previous exposure to quoting systems, CRMs or supplier based solution selling
  • Experience working across WA and interstate markets with strong networks already in place
