Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Audio Visual Technician located in Williamstown, VIC, The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible assistence in desiging, installing, and maintaining AV systems including Large format LED Screens & some video conferencing solutions. Daily tasks involve installing AV systems & troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of AV equipment, and collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Audio Visual (AV) Systems and related technology
Skilled in Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
Experience with Video Conferencing systems
Knowledge of large formst LED Screens
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in technical support is advantageous
Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in AV technology are beneficial
