Barco NV has acquired the totality of the shares of Medialon Inc. — a transaction that fits in both Medialon’s and Barco’s long-term strategies to strengthen their respective positions in networked show and AV control.
Medialon believes the merging of the two companies will bring important benefits to its customers, including accelerated product feature developments, integration of functionalities into broader media networking platforms, and global customer service which Barco provides all its customers with.
