The P.A. People are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team and drive operational excellence across maintenance, repairs, technical support and customer service delivery.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and developing a team of technicians.
* Managing service delivery, maintenance programs, defects and warranty obligations.
* Driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
* Optimising workforce planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
* Managing budgets, profitability and operational performance.
* Building strong relationships with clients, venues, consultants and subcontractors.
* Identifying opportunities to grow recurring service and maintenance revenue.
* Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the service function.
About You
You are an experienced Service Manager, Operations Manager or Technical Services Leader who thrives on leading people, improving performance and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
You will bring:
* Proven experience managing technical service teams and operations.
* Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
* Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
* Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational abilities.
* A customer-first mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience within the audio visual, entertainment technology, theatre, broadcast or related technical services industry will be highly regarded.
