AVPartners is seeking an exceptional Technical Event Manager to join our launch team and take ownership of one of Sydney’s most exciting new premium event environments.
This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the final stages of a groundbreaking permanent AV installation, gaining unparalleled knowledge of the system before stepping into this customer-facing role, responsible for delivering world-class events for some of Australia’s most prestigious corporate clients, luxury brands, and event partners.

The Opportunity
The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is undergoing a major technological transformation, introducing a next-generation production environment designed to redefine expectations for hotel events.
As a Technical Event Manager, you will be at the heart of this evolution, working alongside our specialist technical team to lead the delivery of exceptional live event experiences.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate AV professional with a drive for event sales ready to take the next step into leadership.
You will have:
- Proven experience delivering high-end live events.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within professional event environments
- A polished, professional, confident in front of senior executives, hotel GMs, event directors and luxury brand managers.
- A strong communicator who can explain complex technology in simple business language
