The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll focus on driving new business across our key markets. This is a process-oriented role – success will come from disciplined pipeline management, consistent activity, and clear reporting. You’ll be backed by a strong leadership team, a growing product set, and structured systems designed for performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities across retail, QSR, and public sectors
  • Running structured discovery and solution-based sales processes
  • Working with internal teams to scope and propose integrated hardware/software solutions
  • Managing CRM hygiene and reporting key sales metrics weekly
  • Attending events, pitches, and client meetings as the face of Entwined
  • Collaborating with marketing to align campaign activity with sales pipeline

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS, media, or digital services
  • Process-focused and highly organised – you run your pipeline like a pro
  • Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers across marketing, IT, and procurement
  • CRM-native – strong reporting discipline and visibility into metrics
  • Driven, self-managing, and coachable with a strong desire to grow
  • Experience in retail, QSR, or signage/digital media is a plus
