2025 is nuts! Therefore we are on the immediate lookout for a skilled, experienced Project Manager to join our team of AV legends.
A minimum of 3 years experience is preferable, while experience with Vectorworks or similar programs will also serve you well.
You’ll be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of corporate events, specifically within the field of AV, managing client expectation, while displaying impeccable communication with your work mates from inception to delivery.
Working daily with your team, you will receive all the support and resources necessary to excel. Complete confidence in your crew is assured, and we only use the best from brands such as L-Acoustics, Shure, Brompton, VuePix, Yamaha, Roland, Ayrton, Astera, Barco, MA, Panasonic etc.
The role will have you collaborating with clients to understand their technical event requirements and objectives, and when necessary, translating these into project plans and technical specifications.
While the position is primarily based at our office in Woolloongabba BNE, site inspections for both venue and production clients will be required, as well as a 3 month tenure at one of our CBD based venue partners.
A bit about the role –
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Technical Manager in the corporate events industry, with a strong background in audio-visual and technical production.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop event plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audio-visual equipment, lighting, and staging requirements for corporate events. Tech’s looking for a change, we’d love to hear from you!
